Because all of our products are donated, all sales are considered final and there are no returns.  New, open box, and refurbished items carry the manufacturers warranty. Any claims must be addressed directly with the manufacturer of the product.

Red Tide Relief offers the following Shipping Policy:

All items are sold are shipped within 48 hours, Monday - Friday via UPS. Larger items may require truck delivery and that will be for curbside only. Inside delivery may be available, please inquire via email: wecare@redtiderelief.org
